The Teacher

Zola Purevsuren

Zola Purevsuren was born in Mongolia and has spent over a decade in practice across many traditions and teachers throughout Asia. Her path moves through Mongolian shamanic lineage, Tibetan Buddhist ceremony, and Indian yoga philosophy. No single tradition - a living synthesis.

Mongolian yoga is not a new invention. It is a rediscovery: the recognition that the human body has always known how to align with the forces of nature. The steppe teaches through scale and silence. Sky above, earth below, the body as the bridge between them.

Zola teaches one-to-one, online, available to students worldwide.

What She Teaches

Practice

Breathwork Pranayama rooted in Indian tradition and Mongolian shamanic breath practice. The breath as the original teacher.
Chakra Alignment Energy work rooted in Tibetan Buddhist and Indian yogic traditions. Each session shaped around the student's body directly.
Yantra Numerology Sacred geometry drawn from your birth date. A precise diagnostic of energy pattern and practice direction.
Eye Yoga (Trataka) Ancient gazing practice for eye health and inner clarity. Rare in the West. Central in this tradition.
Private Sessions One-to-one online consultations. No fixed syllabus. Each session shaped entirely around the individual student.
In Her Own Words

The Practice Speaks

I grew up in Mongolia, where the sky is not a background. It is a presence. The steppe teaches you very quickly that the body is not separate from what surrounds it. There is no inside and outside. There is only breath, and what breath connects.

Yoga is not an exercise system. It is a language of vibration - frequency made visible through breath, body, and stillness.

What I noticed, moving across traditions, is that they all point toward the same thing. Mongolian Tengriism, Tibetan Buddhist practice, Indian yoga - each arrives at the same understanding from a different direction. The body as a meeting point. Breath as the original act of prayer.

I do not teach techniques. I open a doorway. What you bring through it is your own.
